NextStep Soccer Agency was built by footballers who have lived the journeys that we offer. Between us, our team has played and studied in the USA, had careers in Australia, and represented clubs professionally around the globe. We know exactly what it takes because we’ve done it ourselves.
Having navigated those journeys firsthand, we understood what players really need – not just someone to find them a club or a college, but genuine support throughout the entire process. We are deliberately selective in the players we work with, ensuring we can maintain the highest standards of both placement quality and personal support. Managing Director
Jake received a scholarship to play college soccer in the USA and graduated with a 3.97 GPA before continuing his career in Australia. Having lived both pathways himself, he now wants to give others the right guidance and support to make their journey abroad a success.
Ben Halewood
USA Recruitment Co-Ordinator
Ben captained Georgetown College and graduated with a 4.0 GPA, combining elite football with academic excellence. His firsthand experience of the US college system makes him invaluable in guiding players through the entire scholarship pathway.
Scott Fenwick
European Representative
Scott enjoyed a professional career spanning clubs including York City, Tranmere Rovers and Hartlepool United, as well as playing in Australia. His experience across multiple levels and countries gives the next generation of players a unique insight into what it takes to succeed abroad.
